Presenter: Davia Rose Lassiter is an award-winning marketing strategist with skills in content production and management, journalism, graphic design, social media, and public relations. She earned her BA in Journalism and minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi; MA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Georgia; and will begin working on her Ph.D. in Public Communication this fall at Georgia State University. Davia has also earned a variety of certificates in areas such as social media, web design, and professional writing. She currently serves as Director of Marketing & Communication for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
