The membership year begins November 1 and ends the following October 31. Applications received after July 1 are held for the next membership year.

a) Institutional Level 1 - $380.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 10 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Institutional 1 membership is available to SUNY and CUNY schools.

b) Institutional Level 2 - $495.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 40 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Institutional 2 membership is available to SUNY and CUNY schools.

c) Individual - $140.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Individual membership is open to those employed or retired as deans, directors, professional continuing educators, community service/lifelong learning staff, and faculty of SUNY and CUNY schools.

Corporate Membership - $1,500.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Corporate Membership is open to organizations who wish to partner and engage with members/professionals to shape the future of continuing education and whose values align with the Mission of CEANY. Corporate members are non-voting and may not hold elected office.

d) Associate-Institutional - $695.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 20 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate-Institutional membership is open to private not-for-profit and for-profit colleges, universities, and other organizations that offer programs related to the Association’s mission. Associate-Institutional members are non-voting and may not hold elected office.

e) Associate-Individual - $280.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate-Individual membership is open to those employed or retired as deans, directors, professional continuing educators, community service/lifelong learning staff, and faculty of institutions, agencies, or associations of higher education. Associate-Individual members are non-voting and may not hold elected office.

f) Student - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: November 1st No automatically recurring payments Student membership is open to any individual currently enrolled and matriculated in an undergraduate or graduate degree program who is not otherwise employed full time in the field of public higher education. Student members are non-voting and may not hold elected office. After submitting your application, email a scan of your ID card with current term sticker and current term schedule to info@ceany.org to confirm your status.
