Topic: Budgeting Essentials: Practical Tools for CE Financial Management.
Description: Budgeting can be intimidating. In this interactive webinar, you will learn how to break down a program budget using everyday language. Understanding the major types of revenue and expenses is the first step toward better budgeting. Then discover two simple excel tools that be used in your CE department: a program budget template and course calculator. Both tools will be introduced and modeled for different scenarios.

Kim is an MBA graduate with over 15 years of experience in designing successful adult education programs in Higher Education. Proven track record of leading high profile complex initiatives and creating innovative public-private partnerships and create complex contract, grant and tuition based budgets. Her specialties include budgeting, business process mapping, employee development/training and strategic leadership.
