Presenter: Kathi Elster is a career and executive coach.  She is the co-author of Mean Girls at Work, Working for You Isn’t Working for Me and Working with You is Killing Me. She is the co-host of the popular podcast My Crazy Office. Kathi is the President of K Squared Enterprises, a Management Consulting firm located in NYC.
