Details for the CEANY March 2015 Brown Bag Webinar:

Topic: Program Planning and Development: Perspectives and Strategies for Seizing Opportunity

Description: Program planning and development are core activities for CEANY members working on credit and non-credit programming. Each of us appropriately takes an approach based on our individual training/education, personal attributes, context, and resources. These various approaches range from formal and explicit processes to ones that are more informal and intuitive. Our panel invites you to reflect on our approaches to program planning and will offer perspectives and selected models to simulate your critical reflection. Your Monday morning action will be to consider whether your current approach helps you meet your needs and goals and what steps you might take to strengthen your approach.

Presenters: Dr. Chuck Spuches, Associate Provost for Outreach SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry; Ms. Jill Pippin, Dean, Extended Learning , SUNY Oswego; and Dr. Jane MacKillop, Associate Dean, Academic/Career Development, CUNY LaGuardia Community College
