Alex Winslow, Director, Business Development and Community Partnerships, Rochester Institute of Technology
Alex Winslow, the Director of Business Development and Community Partnerships at RIT Certified, is an accomplished and experienced connector of smart people. Prior to joining RIT Certified, Alex served as finance director and senior strategist for U.S. Ambassador Rufus Gifford, Congresswoman Sharice Davids, and Rochester Mayor Malik Evans, amongst others. Alex’s work at RIT Certified is focused around supporting the workforce needs of organizations that represent a diverse skillset and connecting individuals to life sustaining work. In her free time, she is a board member of the Rochester Imagination Library and a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan.
Pradip Ananda, Associate Director, Career Guidance, Rochester Institute of Technology
Pradip Ananda serves as the Associate Director for Career Guidance at RIT Certified. He's been working in student development for 20 years and now focuses his attention on helping individuals recognize their career goals. He has spent the past decade assisting students and individuals with choosing appropriate educational and career paths, first as an academic advisor for undecided students, and now as a career counselor in RIT Certified.
