The purpose of this presentation is to discuss and show that basic marketing concepts, consistency, thinking outside of the box with little to no budget, doing your homework on what is trending in your field nationally.  Workforce can in time create waves not only within your college community, but within the sectors you service and community you serve.

ERICKA LEHMAN is a Program Coordinator at SUNY Corning Community College’s Workforce Education & Academic Pathways Department. She has over 23 years of experience in local advertising–television and radio, marketing, media and new business development within Southern Tier New York and Northern Tier Pennsylvania. Ericka is currently responsible for customized corporate training for within the non-profit and human resource sectors. Ericka also helps coordinate and plan marketing on their department’s social media pages along with maintaining the SUNY CCC Workforce Education & Academic Pathway’s website. As well as works closely with the college’s Director of Marketing.
