Base fee:

a) Platinum Sponsor – $5,000.00
Please note: Platinum Sponsors may send 3 individuals to the conference for no additional charge, simply put one as your on-site person when you register, and the additional individuals can be registered as additional guests. If you add more than 3 people total, we will contact you to arrange $300 per person for their meals.
b) Gold Sponsor – $3,500.00
Please note: Gold Sponsors may send 2 individuals to the conference for no additional charge, simply put one as your on-site person when you register, and the additional individual can be registered as an additional guest. If you add more than 2 people total, we will contact you to arrange $300 per person for their meals.
c) Silver Sponsor – $2,200.00
Please note: Silver Sponsors may send 1 individual to the conference at this price. To add additional individuals for extra cost, add them as guest registrations.
d) Exhibitor – $1,250.00
Please note: Exhibitors may send 1 individual to the conference at this price. To add additional individuals for extra cost, add them as guest registrations.
e) Advertiser Only Registration
For those who plan to only advertise in CEANY's Annual Conference Program, insert a promotional item or handout into the conference tote bag, or email the conference attendees, but NOT have an exhibit at the conference.

Thank you for supporting CEANY and its members by registering as a sponsor, exhibitor or advertiser at CEANY's 2012 Conference being held November 7--9 at the Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY.

How to Register:
Select the Sponsor level of your choice, or select "Advertiser Only Registration" to only have advertising (conference brochure, items in tote bag, email to membership).

Note to Sponsors/Exhibitors:
The registration process will ask you to pay for advertisements - if you are registering as at a sponsor level that includes those advertisements, choose the "I am a sponsor" option for these questions.

Payment

After submission of your online registration, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact's email address and is payable in full upon receipt. Payment can be made online, or by company check or money order.

Due Dates for Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration:

September 12th to be included in pre-conference communications - All ad copy and art should be emailed to kkraus@ceany.org by this date. Submissions may be color or B/W camera-ready art, high resolution PDFs. No bleeds.
October 25th materials must be received to be included in conference tote bags

Hotel Accommodations:
It is the responsibility of the sponsor or exhibitor to obtain and pay for their lodging. Visit the accommodations page for instructions on requesting lodging for your representatives.
