Social Media Hero Training Academy includes:
Andrea Huda, MSEd is a Program Coordinator at Baruch College’s (CUNY) Division of Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS) where she focuses on Engagement & Operations for Professional Programs &Corporate Learning Services. With over 10 years’ experience in the field of higher education she has an accomplished background in program development and management, implementing outreach initiatives, student engagement initiatives, and advancing partnerships and programs.
As an Educator and Administrator Andrea is passionate about bringing a holistic blend of personal and academic opportunities to students helping to promote their professional growth and engagement in their studies.
Her interest in social media and its uses in higher and continuing education came from necessity. As social media became a part of everyday life, Andrea found creative and time saving techniques to save time and gain maximum impact.
As a CEANY Board Member and Chairperson of the Membership & Marketing Committee she has developed and led successful social media campaigns such as the CEANY conference mascot initiative (#lunatravels) and the Humans of CEANY project, promoting engagement and networking among CEANY members.
Andrea earned her Masters of Science in Education with a Higher Education concentration from Baruch College (CUNY) and her Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and Music from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
