The Gift That Keeps on Giving: Student Scholarships Auction, Raffle and 50/50

Join us in making a difference! Your contribution to the CEANY Fundraising activities for Student Scholarships helps us support our students as they overcome adversity and achieve their academic dreams.

Why is this important?

Each year, we honor a remarkable Student of the Year at our Annual Conference Awards Banquet. This student's journey is a powerful reminder of the impact our scholarships have. By participating in this auction, you're directly helping to fund these crucial scholarships, providing a lifeline for students who need it most.

How to participate

Donate an Item

Show your support by donating an item valued at $50 or more. Your donation will be highlighted during the auction, with credit given to you and your institution. We're looking for exciting items to wow our bidders, such as:

• Handcrafted gift baskets featuring regional products
• Travel, spa, or private tour experiences
• Electronics
• Unique or luxury items like jewelry, timepieces, or designer bags

To donate an item, please email the following details to ceanyauction@googlegroups.com:

• Auction item title
• A clear image of the item (stock photos or online links are acceptable)
• Specify how you would like to be credited as the donor (name, institution, or both)
• Describe your item(s) in 3-5 concise bullet points
• Estimated retail value

Please bring your donated item to the Registration Desk no later than 12 noon Thursday, November 6th.

Bid on an Item or Try Your Luck in the Raffle and 50/50

After the Awards Banquet, get ready to bid on fantastic items during our live and raffle auctions! All proceeds go directly to student scholarships.

• Live Auction: Bid on high-value, unique items and compete against fellow attendees to win.
• Raffle Auction: Purchase tickets and place them in the containers for the prizes you want most. The more tickets you place, the better your chances of winning!
• 50/50 Raffle: Take a chance on winning half of the total money collected! The other half goes directly to the scholarship fund.
