Base fee:

a) PhD Level – $4,000.00
Please note: Sponsors may send 2 individuals to the conference for no additional charge, simply put one as your on-site person when you register, and the other individual can be registered as additional guests. If you add more than 2 people total, we will contact you to arrange $450 per person for their registration.
b) Masters Level – $3,000.00
Please note: Sponsors may send 2 individuals to the conference for no additional charge, simply put one as your on-site person when you register, and the additional individual can be registered as an additional guest. If you add more than 2 people total, we will contact you to arrange $450 per person for their registration.
c) Bachelors Level – $2,000.00
Please note: Sponsors may send 1 individual to the conference at this price. To add additional individuals for extra cost, add them as guest registrations.
d) Associates Level – $500.00
Please note: Sponsors may send 1 individual to the conference at this price. To add additional individuals for extra cost, add them as guest registrations.
Exhibitor and Peer Learning Group – $650.00
Sponsor Adult Beverages at Thursday's Dinner – $650.00
Your businesses name will be displayed at the bar at our Thursday night awards banquet and dinner.
Sponsor One Daytime Break – $300.00
Your businesses name will be displayed at one of our daytime coffee breaks.

Thank you for supporting CEANY and its members by registering as a sponsor, exhibitor or advertiser at CEANY's 2015 Conference being held November 11-13 at The Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY.

How to Register:
Select the Sponsor level of your choice, or select "Advertiser Only Registration" to only have advertising (conference brochure, items in conference bag, email to membership).

Note to Sponsors/Exhibitors:
The registration process will ask you to pay for advertisements - if you are registering as a sponsor level that includes those advertisements, choose the "I am a sponsor" option for these questions.

Payment

After submission of your online registration, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact's email address and is payable in full upon receipt. Payment can be made online, or by company check or money order.

Due Dates for Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration:

September 1, 2015 to be included in pre-conference communications - All ad copy and art should be emailed to conference@ceany.org by this date. Submissions may be color or B/W camera-ready art, high resolution PDFs. No bleeds.
October 23, 2015 materials must be received to be included in conference bags.

Hotel Accommodations:
It is the responsibility of the sponsor or exhibitor to obtain and pay for their lodging. Visit the accommodations page for instructions on requesting lodging for your representatives.
