DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Reporting to the Dean of School and Professional Studies, the Continuing Education Director will be responsible for:
⦁    Strategic leadership of the Continuing Education (CE) Program staff, coordinators, and instructors
⦁    Design, development, and implementation of new non-degree and certificate program programs aligned with the college’s mission
⦁    Management of program operations and student services ranging from registration to outcome reporting
⦁    Monitoring and maintaining of instructional quality through classroom observation, faculty assessment and program assessment (student outcomes, student evaluations, enrollment, overall course success)
⦁    Growing enrollment through development and execution of a marketing plan (including market research, digital marketing, print brochure, and partnership activities)
⦁    Supervision and professional development of a team of managers and front-line staff
⦁    Monitoring of CE profitability
⦁    Ensuring compliance of fiscal processes such as tuition payments, material costs, and faculty payroll
⦁    Serving as liaison between the CE Program and other internal and external units on co-operative and co-sponsored programs
⦁    Oversight of student support including student communications and conflict resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree and eight years' related experience required.

Candidates will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Exemption (medical or religious) requests to this requirement will be considered in accordance with applicable law. Being fully vaccinated is defined for this purpose as being at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. Final candidates must be fully vaccinated as of their first day of employment.

COMPENSATION: Salary commensurate with education and experience, $83,878 -$141,858.

FLSA: -Exempt
