Topic: Post-Pandemic Adult Learner Personas: How to Re-Engage, Engage and Retain the New Learner

Session Description:
The pandemic has accelerated many known market factors as well as created new challenges for institutions of higher education. With unfavorable demographics for traditional learners looming on the near horizon and a new economy evolving, it is critical to understand the complexity of the new adult learner. The pandemic changed their Values.  This new adult learner is younger and more savvy.  UPCEA has surveyed thousands of adult learners in 2021 and will share their personas, nuances and preferences during this session.
