Hotel Reservations:

Hotel reservations must be made individually and are the attendees responsibility. Hotel rooms are not included in the conference fee. Current pricing is $199.00 a night (this pricing will be honored for those who stay over on Wednesday and/or the Friday nights). Do not forget to bring your ST 129 upon your arrival for Tax Exemption. 

Please call the hotel at 844-527-8748 for reservations and ask for the "CEANY Conference Block" to confirm your special room rate of $199 per night.

The hotel requires that all reservations be made by October 14^th for the special rate, after which reservations will be accepted based on availability.

Things to be aware of if you are traveling in early:
-The hotel is cashless. 
-Waterpark is not open on Wednesday
-There are no dining options onsite Wednesday. Please consider signing up for Wednesday Night outing or arrange dining options with your colleagues at restaurants nearby.
